The UN Secretariat internship is an unpaid placement of two to six months in a Secretariat department or office, such as Economic and Social Affairs, Peace Operations or the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. Interns work under a staff supervisor and aren't staff members. The Secretariat serves the UN's 193 Member States from New York, with offices in Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi. Eligibility: Final academic year of a bachelor's, enrolled in a master's or PhD, or a graduate; field of study related to the role; English for New York notices
