About this opportunity
A one-year fellowship for individuals from low- and middle-income countries to advance leadership skills, with a six-week in-person experience in Spring 2028. Fellows engage in leadership coaching, mentorship, an executive education course, speaking events, and networking opportunities. Eligibility: all continents, regions, disciplines, sectors, and gender identities; minimum Master’s degree in a relevant field; full-time work in global health with at least 10 years of professional experience; leave of absence for in-residence experience; J-1 visa eligibility; availability to reside in Cambridge, MA for six weeks; substantial leadership experience and further leadership potential
